In Africa, despite all of its told problems, there is warmth, hope and satsification in everyones face. There is true humanity in community and indeed there is a great energy for them to realise their dreams. I get my inspiration from the international youth meetings I occasionally participate in. Seeing the energy and passion of people from so many countries and learning that they have similar issues to struggle with as people in my country gives me hope and the sense of belonging.

I am inspired by positive people who make every day count. I believe that everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul.
